The UNESCO Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education

is comprised of three main divisions. The Asia-Pacific Programme of Education for All (APPEAL); the Asia-Pacific Programme of Educational Innovation for Development (APEID); and the Education Policy and Reform (EPR) Unit. Our mission is to promote education as a fundamental right, to improve the quality of education, and to stimulate experimentation, innovation and policy dialogue.
