Ms. Castillo is the program coordinator of the Young Public Servants, managing and implementing various activities geared towards youth participation in building democracy and good governance. She is also the coordinator of YouthVotePhilippines, a network of progressive, reform-minded youth organizations working toward an issue-based election, voters' education and empowerment. Her role as coordinator focuses on engaging in numerous projects of the organization and is responsible for arrangements, planning, marketing and promotions, and evaluation for these projects. Driven by her passion for events management, arts and culture, she continues to work in the field of development, devoting time and effort to motivate her community to become active citizens and in seeking spaces for alternative education.
