About the Conference

11th UNESCO-APEID International Conference

The UNESCO-APEID International Conference is a major event that brings a broad range of participants together to discuss and exchange information on a specific topic. This year, APEID is convening the 12th Conference in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of Thailand to celebrate the 4th World Teachers' Day in Thailand, focusing on the theme, Quality Innovations for Teaching and Learning.

The Conference will provide a forum to explore, identify and synergize innovative approaches as part of our ongoing efforts to address the issues facing teachers, teacher educators, administrators, planners and policy makers in providing quality teaching and learning opportunities.

What are the objectives of the Conference?

  • Celebrate World Teachers' Day
  • Enhance understanding and knowledge of innovative teaching and learning practices
  • Encourage opportunities for the adoption and adaptation of innovative teaching and learning methodologies
  • Increase the level of professionalism and quality of teachers, teacher educators, school administrators and personnel, and academics
