Community Learning Centres (CLCs)The community learning centre (CLC) is defined as a local educational institution outside the formal education system, for villages or urban slum areas, CLC programme is built on the past experience of implementing various adult, non-formal and continuing education. CLCs are usually set up and managed by community people. The CLC provides various learning opportunities for the empowerment of all people within a community, aims to improve their quality of life, and the resulting community development promotes social transformation.
