Central Asian States Adopt Statement on ESD

Adopted by the participants of the 8th Central Asian Conference on ESD, Almaty, Kazakhstan, November 18-20, 2009
The Education for Sustainable Development Programme, at the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC) in cooperation and with support of the European Commission and Central Asian governments successfully conducted the 8-th Central Asian Conference on ESD on 18-20 of November 2009 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The Statement on Education for Sustainable Development was adopted by the participants during the Conference.
