Themes
Classrooms participating in Learning Circles study three main subject themes:
- Measure by Measure - involving calculations and measurements or working with data that can be analysed with charts and other analytical tools.
- People and Places – involving discussions about people and their opinions, attitudes, beliefs and values. It is also about places in which people live.
- The World We Live In - focusing on the physical world and the way that we interact with it.
Themes are designed to cater specifically for Mathematics, Science and Language classes, but you will see that almost any subject can fit into most themes.
