Felicia Brown

Felicia Brown is the regional academic program manager within the Education team for Public Sector in Microsoft Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Felicia supports Microsoft in the Asia Pacific region to grow Education relationships with particular focus on developing Public Private Partnerships.

Prior to moving to Singapore and assuming her role in April 2009, Felicia served as the academic program manager for Microsoft Australia for six years. In this role, Felicia was the driving force behind the success of the Education community engagement in the country. Felicia joined Microsoft in 1992 and has held many roles including technical support analyst; supply chain manager; customer relations manager; and Education marketing manager.

Felicia began her career as an English and history teacher at an independent school in Sydney, Australia, where she developed a great connection to the Education community. From there, Felicia moved to the fledgling world of PCs to develop IT training courses for staff at Australia’s largest bank.

Felicia is a member of the Australian Council for Education Leaders, which is the largest professional association for educators in Australia.

Felicia graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Master of Arts majoring in English, and has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Education and English, from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from TAFE in Sydney.
