Schoolnet Educator Development Programme

Objectives

  • To provide an assessment design across the programme (rather than be restricted to each individual course) that will help the learners develop applied and integrated competence
  • To provide sufficient formative assessment with substantial feedback to facilitate the gradual process of developing competence
  • To provide evidence that the programme is informed by the contexts of the educators it serves and conducts sufficient structured school-based observation to evaluate the extent to which it is developing educators' applied competence
