Money, Education and Human Resource Development: Fallacies in Belief and Assumption

The conventional wisdom is that good education and proper financing provide the key to successful human resource development. However, this simple approach has proven to be fallacious, or at best misleading. The discussions here will center on how and why we need to rethink and reformulate a system in which the three components of money, education and HRD can complement one another in a balanced and sustainable manner.
