Establishing the Effective Use of ICTs in Education for All in Cambodia
With high incidence of poverty, illiteracy and out-of school youth in Cambodia, this project has the central aim of reducing poverty, bridging the digital divide and promoting digital inclusion through the use of ICTs in education.
