V. TEACHING IDEAS, LESSONS AND CURRICULUM MATERIALS
Numerous links are available in this section to provide teachers and curriculum developers with ready-made lesson plans, activities and teaching materials covering all major curricular areas.
As well as a general section at the end, materials are organized into specific subjects, ranging from arts, languages (modern and popular as well as some less commonly taught), health and physical education, to mathematics, sciences (life, physical and social) and information technology, among others. Where applicable, age group has been indicated; otherwise, the material may cover a range of grade levels.
There are also sections containing resources for problem solving and teaching life skills, such as dealing with trauma, career guidance and understanding consumer issues, like personal finance and investing.
Many resources make use of fully interactive media, some of which offer templates for making your own lesson plans. Each subject area is divided first into recommended sites, then other useful resources.
