School-to-work Transition
The relevance of the TVET system needs to be assessed in terms of the success of the transition of TVET participants from school to the labour market after the completion of their training and education. To ensure their successful transition to the world of work, several key policy areas need to be looked at and addressed such as skills needs monitoring systems, counselling and employment services, qualification and accreditation systems as well as the development of overall TVET delivery systems.
