NewGEN Asia, Volume 2, April 2012 Released

The April 2012 issue of the NewGen Asia, Volume 2 was recently released. 

This newsletter provides an update on recent activities supported through the NewGen Asia, a regional capacity development initiative aiming to empower young people from key affected populations to develop skills to lead change in their communities. 

UNESCO, in partnership with other UN and civil society partners, is supporting the New Generation Asia (NewGen Asia) initiative. This initiative includes support to over 30 mentor-mentee pairs in the Asia-Pacific region, a leadership short course, and support to YouthLEAD, a network supporting young key affected populations.
