Below is a list of major projects related to HIV/AIDS and School Health in Asia and implemented by UNESCO Bangkok office.

2010 -2011

• Love and Sex - Healthy Sexuality and HIV Prevention Exhibition and Tour - phase III
  
  New modalities for sex, relationships and HIV education must be created that are both formal and non-formal, and that are by and for the target audience. Using science museums is one such new modality. Phase I & II completed 2009. Phase III: on-going M & E and adaptation, development of scaled-down versions to travel around Thailand, caravan road shows, and regional outreach to S & T and Ed ministries to adopt and adapt the exhibition to their own cultures.
  This is a continuation of a 3-year project that will see a primary exhibit for one year at Nat’l Science Museum (NSM), scaled-down versions to 12 science centers, and Road Show Caravans for more remote communities (language and culture specific).

• The strengthening of HIV/AIDS education in national and regional responses, increasing access to high quality standardized HIV/AIDS education for MSM
  
  This project will review an existing standardized peer-education reference manual on HIV and sexual health for men who have sex with men (MSM) and continue the promotion of this tool in multiple languages, mostly funded by other agencies. In addition it aims to standardize an MSM peer education training curriculum in Asian languages, to complement the reference tool. This will help strengthen implementing agencies to facilitate HIV education for MSM according to commonly agreed standards. Technical support and advocacy will be provided to ensure that these standards are integrated into national and regional HIV/AIDS responses for MSM.
  This project is built on the success of the peer-education reference manual on HIV/AIDS for MSM in Asian languages and the training manual for HIV/AIDS prevention for MSM.

2008 - 2009
