UNESCO witnesses ravages, helps build resilience post-Haiyan
Less than a week after the Typhoon Haiyan, UNESCO established its presence in the disaster-hit country. UNESCO expert shared his experience in the aftermath of what many are calling the worst storm in recorded history.
