Ethics teaching

  • Teacher training workshops for school and university ethics teaching  (proposals are welcome) - see events pages for details.
  • A regional bioethics action plan is available in several languages, including goals of bioethics education and a series of recommendations: [ENGLISH, INDONESIAN, CHINESE, JAPANESE, KHMER, THAI, URDU, VIETNAMESE].
  • Bioethics and Biotechnology Museum exhibition (at the Science Centre for Education, 7th floor, 924 Sukhumvit Rd); and Museum Exhbition on Biodiversity and Ehics.  Display materials are open source and copies can be requested.
  • Trials of UNESCO Bioethics Core Curriculum, and workshops featuring participatory exercises - Darryl Macer, Moral Games for Teaching Bioethics (UNESCO Chair in Bioethics, Haifa, 2008) (book pdf file 1.8Mb; bookcover, 800kB pdf file).
