International Symposium on "Crafts and the International Market: Trade and Customs Codification"
The International Symposium on “Crafts and the International Market: Trade and Customs Codification”, jointly organized by UNESCO and the International Trade Centre UNCTADNTO (ITC), took place in the Philippines International Convention Center (PICC) in Manila, from 6 to 8 October 1997. The Symposium was attended by 132 representatives of governmental and non-governmental agencies, regional and international organizations involved in the crafts sector in 44 countries.
