IOC/WESTPAC E-Bulletin

The IOC/WESTPAC E-Bulletin is aimed to serve as a platform among marine research communities, governmental agencies and other parties concerned, aims to collect and disseminate the update information on emergent ocean phenomena/events, marine scientific research outcome/activities, funding and job opportunities, etc., in the Western Pacific.  The E-Bulletin is published three times anually.

INFOSHARE Bulletin provides the latest trends and developments on the application of information and communication technologies in UNESCO programmes and projects in the areas of education, social and human sciences, culture as well as other development programmes implemented by others in the region of Asia-Pacific. In addition to sharing best practices and lessons learned, the Bulletin also provides resources such as guidelines and tips for using ICT in one's daily work, the hottest Websites on specific topics, abstracts of the latest publications and CD ROMs, and other tools that will enable the readers to improve their knowledge and work in using ICT.

The mission of the Asian Academy is to strengthen professional capacity to sustainably manage heritage resources by providing a regional platform for institutional cooperation in training, research, and exchange. Under the guidance of UNESCO and ICCROM, the Asian Academy promotes integrated, holistic and multi-disciplinary management of heritage resources, including both tangible and intangible expressions of culture.
