How to Map?
There are many techniques for creating a culture map. A culture map cannot show everything about a place. For it to communicate clearly, it should show a limited number of items.
Culture mapping is an approach used to identify, record and use cultural resources and activities for building communities. Communities map what is important to them. For example they map what they want to conserve, challenging historical themes, potential tourism sites and routes.
Culture mapping develops imaginative thinking and knowledge fusions between different aspects of a culture and maximizes the creative potential of a community.
