  • Vanuatu - Pacific E-Learning Observatory 
    Primary schools are slowly using PCs for administrative purposes. Secondary schools all have PCs of some form, some connected to the internet, but most are using PCs for administration. Telecom Vanuatu (TVL) offers free access to schools during working hours “Lagoon School” project, and has also offered computers to some schools.
