MOW Structure

The MOW is based on a multi-pillar structure going from the International Committee down to the National level, passing through the Regional Committee.
All the three levels have a management role in the MOW Programme.
At the same hierarchic level as the International Committee is the Secretariat which is as a sort of technical institution, while the International Committee is more a coordinator for the other two levels: the Regional and the National one.
