Since 2006, the Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MEST) and the Korea Education Research Information Service (KERIS) have been promoting e-Learning globalization and education exports, efforts which are beginning to bear fruit. On September 23, MEST and KERIS launched a consulting project for an Uzbekistan ICT in education consulting project.
